Abstract
This volume forms part of the First Edition, Framework Version 1.0, of the Global Artificial Intelligence Development and Competitiveness Assessment Framework. It examines how artificial intelligence capabilities are developed, deployed, and translated into broader economic and strategic outcomes. The volume covers algorithmic performance and innovation capacity, AI research and development ecosystems, technological autonomy, public and industrial applications, sectoral deployment, economic contribution and industrial output, labor-market and societal effects, and international competitiveness and influence. The Framework is designed as an open, extensible, and evolving assessment architecture that may be revised as AI technologies, deployment patterns, industrial structures, competitive conditions, and measurement needs develop.
